Dr. Paavan Patel

Dr. Paavan Patel, D.O., is a board-certified Family Physician. A native of Southern California, he pursued his undergraduate studies at UC-Irvine, followed by his medical degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. Dr. Patel completed his Family Medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente Fontana. With several years of experience at Kaiser Permanente, he is now thrilled to be a member of the Gateway Medical Group, where he contributes to delivering top-tier healthcare to the local communities.

Dr. Patel takes a proactive medical approach, guided by his passionate interests in lifestyle medicine, sports, fitness, and nutrition. He consistently integrates these areas into his patient care, aiming to enhance patients’ overall well-being.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Patel is a sports enthusiast who enjoys traveling and cherishes quality time spent with his loving wife and two children.
